I really liked how friendly they were and they tried to give me a discount but something happened to where it they werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able to. I love the location an the draining system in place made me feel a lot safer leave my things with this facility. Their fence is another assurance with its piked tips. The buildings with inside units are well managed plus temp controlled. Overall great experience thanks

The facility is clean, and although it seems there are regular rate increases to our storage units, the price is still one of the most reasonable compared to other facilities nearby. The facility is secure, the manager does make a lot of effort to address our concerns. Our main concern are the regular rate increases. We have been storing there for numerous years, and we feel there are few incentives for long term renters. Secondly, we have had leakage issues in both our large storage unit and our smaller climate controlled unit which have caused us to have to file an insurance claim. Why pay for a climate controlled unit that can't even be safe from the elements? Why should I have to pay for insurance to cover what you would think you have already paid for?

On 3/23/2021 I had left a 1 star review for this facility. I am pleased to report that Prime Storage has since help resolve my issue with the insurance company. I don't seem to able to edit or remove my original review, so I am leaving a new follow-up 5 star review based their help escalating and resolving my issue. Please know the staff is very patient and the management cares about their customers!

Storage unit perfect, access great, but a 31% rate increase after one year, seems a little excessive. I wouldn't have any customers left if I increased rates 31% a year. This unfortunately, a common practice in the storage facility industry

Since we started with Prime Storage they continue to increase prices & yet constantly are taking away all security measures. If I had someone to help me clear out the unit I would - I am very disappointed with Prime Storage

Very easy storage facility to use. BUT, parking boats, cars, and trailers in an alley and in front of the entrance to our storage becomes increasingly difficult to access when there are two cars or more. Our visits are random and during the week to avoid this traffic block

Clean facility. Good climate control, which along with cost to rent long term, is most important. Although less secure, because there are no longer code entry locks on warehouse entrance doors. Overall, a good storage facility.

Not happy about the price hike. And they charged the price even higher charging me for insurance even though I had coverage through homeowners insurance. Not good!!! And they would not refund that amount even though I brought a letter of coverage.

Moved to the area and did not want to deal with putting things in attic via ladder in garage. This storage is convenient and has reasonable prices. The folks in the office were helpful and friendly. Paperwork taken care of in less than 10 minutes. Moved things in over the next couple of days. Unit was clean and security appears very good.

This time I was only renting a small, very small unit and searched the area for the best price. This storage facility was perfect even though I live right next door to one and the trip is 15 minutes to get here. Prime storage is extremely secure, very well kept and very clean.
